The Matthijs family came up with the idea of setting up the Matthijs Foundation. Through this foundation we want to work to get people to exercise more. For over 100 years we have been making candy in all colors and flavors. For the future, we see that people will always eat candy because they want to treat themselves to moments of happiness. But as far as we are concerned, snacking also means exercising, because the right balance of exercise and nutrition makes you healthy and happy through the day. So we want to commit to making this possible in a variety of ways. This is why we will start a foundation as of May 01, 2023, facilitated by our family business Matthijs B.V.<\/p>\n
We want to make a broad effort to support people who want and are able to move. You can think of talent athletes\/teams but also amateur athletes or associations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
