Matthijs is a family business founded in 1922. After now 100 years, the production company has grown into a large candy manufacturer with a very varied assortment of sweets. Thanks to the experience from generation to generation, Matthijs knows the market like no other. The original recipes from the past still play a major role and we at Matthijs are proud of that!

Matthijs has been producing licorice, wine gum and gum for 100 years and is still growing as a company due to its traditional and high-quality recipes. With a large customer base both domestically and abroad, Matthijs is becoming a bigger and bigger player within the market.

• Het verzamelen van informatie en het opmaken van nieuwe verpakkingsteksten conform de internationale levensmiddelenwetgeving.
• Kwaliteitsbewaking en receptbeheer.
• Op verzoek van klanten of de verkoopafdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en invullen van productspecificaties..
• Het adviseren en trainen van medewerkers.
• Lid van het HACCP- team en het bijhouden van het HACCP handboek.
• Het handhaven van het milieubeleid.
• Het voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne en externe audits.
• Het aannemen, registreren en behandelen van klachten.
• Ondersteunen van productontwikkelingen m.b.t. product- en grondstofinformatie.
• Je ziet toe op de juiste uitvoering en beheer van het kwaliteitssysteem in brede zin.
• Het zorgvuldig archiveren en analyseren van relevante data m.b.t. kwaliteit.
• Je rapporteert en adviseert, gevraagd en ongevraagd, aan de organisatie.
• Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitsjaarplannen.

• Bereid zijn QC taken zelfstandig op te pakken

• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring en een afgeronde HBO opleiding gerelateerd aan levensmiddelentechnologie of vergelijkbaar.
• Een uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Good knowledge of the German language is a plus.
